Things you need to know before applying

1) You need to create an account at this site in order to apply. Use the register link on the main page located inside the box at the top left hand side, and please use your In-Game Name when registering.
2) You may apply even if your class is not included in the current "Need Status". If you think you are exceptional, we might have a try on you.
3) We will reply to your post as soon as we reach a decision. There is no ETA on this and it mainly depends on what other priorities we have at the time of your application. Generally though, we want to answer any application within a week of the time it was made.

Requirements:

Please make sure you meet the requirements stated below. If you don't then don't bother applying, you won't be accepted.

- We raid 3 days in the week from 18:30 to 00:00. Mon-Tue-Thu. Members are expected to attend almost all raids.
- We do make raids in the weekends and outside of raid time to these places. We do not use dkp, but a roll based system then.
- Read the recruitment guild rules before applying (this topic).
- We have people from all over Europe and your English should be sufficient.
- We are a mature guild, so members should be at least 18 years old when applying, cannot hesitate this enough. Of course exempts can be done, but generally it's 18.
- We use Ventrilo 3. You need to be on our Ventrilo server during raids and be able to hear us. You should really have a mic, and not be afraid of using it.
- We use add-ons like Omen, Ora2 and Bigwigs. Members are _required_ to have those add-ons installed. We might demand other add-ons in the future.
- Information is given over the forums and gmotd. All members should visit the forums and dkp sites daily. All members should look up tactics for content they do not already know.
- You are not guaranteed to stay after the recruit status, this being the reason for us having it. People have had to leave before, and there will be more. You should be aware of this and accept it.
- We don't need lootwhores, in other words you shouldn't have a problem standing out a raid if someone else needs an item.


During Raids

Raid invites is at 18:30. By that time, you must be:

- Online on your character.
- Ungrouped, finished with daily quests and near the instance portal/in a major city.
- Fully repaired.
- Have enough gold to repair during the raid.
- Have enough reagents to buff the raid for the entire evening.
- Have enough elixirs or flasks to last for the entire raid, no matter the destination plan (we can change that last minute).
- Carry enough food buffs to last for the entire raid, no matter the destination plan (we can change that last minute).
- While you are in Fusion, you are not allowed to raid instances outside of the guild raids.

We know many people tend to "eBay" characters with nice gear and good history, but the problem is most ebayers can't play the epic stallion they just bought. Be honest here, we'll be able to tell anyways.

5 ) Previous guilds and servers:
Please list the guilds you've been in, and the reasons why you left those guilds/got kicked from those guilds. Why you migrated from various servers.

6 ) Armory profile:
Hook us up with an armory profile. If you can't logout with your pve gear, find another way to show us your pve gear.

7 ) Specialization and talents:
Please tell us what talent you prefer to raid as. If armory doesn’t show your talent please link it through wowhead.com or similar site.

8 ) Raid attunements:
Please tell us all the attunements you have, keys etc. We know they are not needed after 2.4, but it tells us something about your dedication. Heck even include preTBC ones.

9 ) Raid experience:
Please include all raid experience, pre-tbc and tbc.
If some content has been killed on other characters please specify so.

10 ) Available times:
At what times of the day can you raid?

11 ) Reasons for applying at Fusion:
What made you apply to ours guild instead of another one?

12 ) Friends in the guild:
Do you know anyone in fusion? It's not required, but it may help.

13 ) Do you mind having a recruit status?
During the recruit status you gain dkp, and are allowed to bid on items. The catch is that _if_ a raider bids on an item his bid counts you out automatically.

14 ) Why you?
Why should we pick you as our next member in the proud ranks of Fusion instead of some other guy/girl?

15 ) Where do you play
Do you play from home, work, netcafe, school etc. during raids? This is interesting because people from netcafes tend to have a problem when it comes to add-ons etc.

16 ) Computer specifications and internet connection (type and speed)
Nice to know as they can totally gimp your performance.

We don't want to know about cartographer or equivalent, but add-ons that may have a positive or negative impact on you raid performance. (use the attachment forum feature)

Please tell us why you have the gems you have, the enchants you’ve chosen and the gear you’ve looted, we like too see that you know why you’ve made the decision you’ve made as this shows us you know your class.
